The Dream Hive Scholarship internship is currently open to applicants who are ready to do an internship in 2025. Are you looking for an internship opportunity to gain more experience? Then look no further than the 2025 Dream Hive Scholarship Internship.
You will be instrumental in planning and publicizing Dream Hive activities for students as a Project Management Intern. As a representative of our scholarship program, you will oversee all projects from start to finish. You will obtain practical experience in event planning, content development, and marketing by utilizing industry-standard technologies such as Jira and adhering to agile project management concepts.
Independent thinkers who take initiative, provide new ideas, and don't hesitate to lead are the ideal candidates for this internship. We are seeking students who can create memorable experiences and who know what appeals to their peers.
Major Responsibilities
As an intern with Dream Hive Scholarship, your major roles are:
- Create engaging content and designs using Canva (premium access provided).
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Act as a brand ambassador, spreading awareness about Dream Hive Scholarship initiatives.
- Plan and execute Dream Hive Scholarship events for students.
- Promote events through social media and email marketing campaigns.
- Apply agile project management principles to streamline workflows and track progress.
What Dream Hive is Looking For in an Applicant:
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field. While preference is given to business students, applicants from all fields of study with an interest in project management are welcome to apply.
Skills:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (no AI-generated content).
- Proficiency in social media platforms.
- Graphic design skills, with familiarity in tools like Canva.
- A proactive, go-getter attitude with leadership potential.
- Preferred: Experience in design or content creation.
Compensation, duration, Location & Other Details:
- Duration: 8 weeks (September to October), with the possibility of extension up to 12 weeks.
- Location: Fully remote.
- Stipend: Up to GHc500.
How You Will be Selected:
Round 1: Applicants will take part in a Scenario-Based Design Interview, where they will create designs based on a given scenario.
Round 2: A one-on-one interview to assess skills, personality, and fit for the role.
